How the Quickspooler was invented

Bruce Grant, the inventor of the Quickspooler, has been a sound tech for over 20 years. Working on jobs that range from large to small; from Night clubs and Churches to the new Rockets arena in Houston Texas. Bruce came up with the idea for the Quickspooler about 5 years ago while on the job installing sound equipment in a night club. He was using a ladder and some conduit to hold his wire spools for that particular job. This method worked but was a little unsafe and a bit of inconvenience. So Bruce, taking this same basic concept decided to develop his idea. First starting with a wooden prototype then trying an all conduit version. Five years and 5 prototypes later the fully realized Quickspooler, made of a strong light weight polycarbonate material , rolls off the production line.
